DASHBOARD
For patients in waiting room and an App for the medical Stuff
On one hand its an app for the medical stuff that gives online preview of patients progress in line with ability to initiate a call for a specific patient to come in for his operation. And on the other hand its a Dashboard screen for the patient in the waiting room to help him understand his position in the line for his operation.
The Brief
To improve and help the process of coming for a surgery and to help the medical stuff with an online view and update of the whole process.
The research was some observations about the process at the waiting room and some conversations with the medical stuff.
The problem:
its been discovered that all the patient of the same operating room are invited at the same time. there are 25 operation rooms, a lot of patients at the same time that thinking they are first in line.
Solution:
A queue management that will handle the line and help the patient to know where in the line they are.
The problem:
The medical stuff use to wait for a call from the operating room that the surgery is going to end soon and they can call the next patient in for preparations and they call to the waiting room counter and ask them to call the patient to come inside.
Solution:
To initiate a call to the patient to come inside by pressing his name that will appear at the waiting room dashboard and will send him a SMS to come inside.

The App & Dashboard
We build an app for the medical stuff that reflect all the patient and there position in the line from waiting room till the Surgery. this app can initiate to call for a patient by selecting from the graphic display.
This app will send a SMS for the patient when they call him and automatically every update of his position in the line. The graphic interface will be display on a screen at the waiting room for the patients and their accompanied.
once in a while some saying will appear to make the waiting more easy and interesting.
