The Research

Method: Interview

After getting a list of certified graduates, we started to interview them:

Do they use the printed booklet?

How often do they run this kind of workshop?

What do they need most for planning workshops?

Do they keep in touch with others?

Do they share or advise others about their workshops?

How do they feel about the way they are currently running the workshops?

Findings

After analyzing the results, we noticed there are few things that repeat themselves.

"LOOKING FOR OTHER WORKSHOP THEMES"

Ran, Last seminar

"I WANT TO BE ADVISED BY OTHERS AND TO FIND MORE WORKSHOP METHODS"

Rebecca, 3 years graduated

"I WISH I HAD A GUIDE TO HELP ME RUN THE WORKSHOP"

Pain Points

In the journey of planning and running a workshop there are similar stops but a difference in motivation between the experienced and non-experienced users. When reviewing the stops for each user it is possible to identify the pain points, and to understand what we can do to improve and create a better experience for the user

In this case we can see that there are 3 pain points that we need to address:

In the "Interview with the client", In the "Planning the workshop" and in the "Running the workshop".
